"junk" in the first place. This also means using lesser salt or
sugar in your meals. Food prepared at home is generally

to get up to pick up the remote and slowly develop a habit of
cleaning the entire house. When the body is more active, more
calories are burned; therefore, it pays to start moving
around.
Walk around the neighborhood
or use the stairs to reach the lower floors. Find a sport you
are passionate about, and you will not just get in better shape
but be happier as well.
